How do I change my password?

To change your password, log in to your Portal.  Scroll to the bottom of the page to My Membership Information.  Next click on Member Information tab. Then click on Change Username/Password.  Enter Your password, it can be a mixture of letters, numbers, and punctuation an it must be at least 6 characters. Passwords are case sensitive so they must be entered exactly as originally entered. For example, if you used a capital letters when setting up the password, you must use it time.  We recommend you don't use common words or names that could easily be guessed by someone else.

 

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, at the top of the homepage under login click on Forgot Password.  Enter your username or email and click on Send Password.  Your password will be sent to the email you registered with.

 

Can I change my username?

No, once you are assigned a username and your account is active your username cannot be changed.

 

What if I forget my username?

If you forget your username, you would need to contact pgccwedadmin@ourpgcc.com and they can send you a user/password reminder.

 

I have trouble accessing the system, what can I do?

If you are using Internet Explorer make sure you add your portal to trusted sites.  If you have other issues with other browsers, please contact admin at pgccwedadmin@ourpgcc.com and provide the error message.

 

Is access to the system and the information transmitted secured?

Yes, access to https://ourpgcc.com/ is via SSL and all the information is encrypted.

 

I own more than one home. Do I need more than one username?

Yes, each home must have its own unique username.
 


Using The System 


How do I update my information?

To update your profile, log in to your Portal.  Scroll to the bottom of the page to My Membership Information.  Next click on Member Information tab. Then click on Change Contact/Profile Info.  Enter Your new profile information.

 

How do I change my email address?

To update your email address, log in to your Portal.  Scroll to the bottom of the page to My Membership Information.  Next click on Member Information tab. Then click on Change Contact/Profile Info.  Enter Your new email.
