THE SPORTS & GOLF CLUB
The Sports & Golf Clubs are owned and operated by Toll Golf, a subdivision of Toll Brothers. While membership in the Sports Club is required for each HOA member; membership in the Golf Club is optional. To become a member of the Golf Club you do not have to own a property in PGCC ("Non-Resident Golf Members"). A Non-Resident Golf Member has access to both the Sports & Golf Clubs and must follow the rules within our community in the same manner as an HOA member. There are approximately 425 Golf members.
Sports Club & Golf Club dues are paid directly to Toll Golf on a monthly basis. To view the benefits of your sports club membership, click on this link (https://www.parklandgcc.com/ membership). Caseras is a beautiful and unique subdivision within PGCC, comprising of 60 condominiums, spread out amongst 15 buildings, each housing 4 units. Caseras provides its residents and their guests exclusive use of its own community swimming pool, spa and covered dining area. The homeowners within Caseras are members of PGCC HOA, Caseras HOA, and the Sports Club.
Residents have access to the property management website. Residents with concerns can call or email the Caseras property manager.

The Park at PGCC, located on the North side of the University entrance to Parkland Golf and Country Club, is a truly unique and beautiful element of our community.
Our park, with its elaborate water features and winding pathways, offers a botanical garden that presents a sampling of the plants, trees and vegetation commonly found throughout our community.
The Park at PGCC is designed for the enjoyment of all residents and their guests. The fountains and grounds are meticulously maintained by our HOA, and is open to the general public. Parking is available west of the park just before the University gatehouse.
The parks stunning and peaceful environment attracts professional photographers from all over South Florida. The Park at PGCC has become a popular backdrop for wedding, prom, graduation and family pictures. Thousands of photos taken at the park adorn homes throughout the country.
The Park at PGCC is a gem to be proud of and respected. Please report park vandalism or other problems to our Property Manager.
Parkland Golf & Country Club is gated community situated on approximately 790 acres and has 876 single family homes, 60 condominiums, a Park and two entrances. The main entrance is located on University Drive and there is a seondary entrance, West entrance is on Nob Hill Road.
PGCC features a Par-72, 18-hole Greg Norman-designed golf course featuring an impressive course design and Golf Club. At the heart of the community, a 43,000 square-foot Sports and Social Club provides an endless source of recreational and tennis opportunities including resort style pools and spa, tennis courts, tness center, steam and spa treatment rooms, kids center, a restaurant, casual bar/grill and cafe.
